Extended telephone hours with dedicated service
We are pleased to be able to offer supporters a longer and dedicated telephone service to buy Plymouth Argyle tickets through Ticket Zone, which is now open.
Supporters should call 0844 844 4410 to reach Ticket Zone to book tickets for the fixture. Calls for enquiries about membership, customer service and other queries can still be directed back to club Reception as usual.
Ticket Zone will be using our new, fully-integrated Glitnir ticketing system so that supporters will be able to select their seats as usual.
Amongst the advantages to our supporters of using Ticket Zone for telephone bookings are longer opening hours including evenings and weekends; a dedicated service designed to deal with large-scale bookings for high-demand events; and to reduce the workload on our staff at St James Park who will be able to concentrate on their face-to-face sales.
Sales are approaching 5,000 and using Ticket Zone will allow us to deal with the high demand expected in the final week of sales.
Ticket Zone’s opening hours for Plymouth tickets are:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 7.30pm
Saturday, 9am – 4pm
Sunday, 9.30am – 4pm
