Here at Exeter City we make every effort to do the best for the club that we all support and follow through bad times and good.
However, we sometimes misjudge the opinion of the majority. That is why we are calling on all fans – whether you travel to every game home and away, or just visit St James Park every now and then – to take part in a Supporter Survey on the subject of Season Tickets and Match Tickets. Your views will directly help to shape our pricing policy in the 2015/16 season.
We aim to make this our biggest ever supporter consultation, so we would encourage all of our supporters to take part, and to prompt their friends and family to do the same. It should take approximately 5-10 minutes to fill in the survey and there is plenty of opportunity for you to voice your opinions directly to the club.
Some initial findings will be presented to the Gates Committee at a meeting on Monday 15th December, so it would be helpful to get as much input before that date as possible. However the survey will also be kept open during the coming months for further responses to come in. Supporters can fill in the survey online, and paper copies will also be available in Reception.
We will also provide our supporters with feedback on the survey and our findings in the New Year, as well as applying the results into decisions that are made relating to our ticket pricing policy for 2015/16.
