As was announced last week, Hartlepool United kindly dropped the price of tickets to last Saturday’s game, which City won 2-0, to just £5.
Many of you who had bought tickets in advance had done so at the original and higher prices and so were entitled to a refund.
The vast majority of you obtained this direct from the Hartlepool Ticket Office. For the small number who were unable to, please contact Reception immediately. To assist Hartlepool with their return to the Football League, we will have to sort the refunds by Monday 12th May.
You will need to present the original ticket to Reception either in person or by post, and we will also require your name, the name of the person who bought the tickets and a valid debit or credit card for us to use to make the refund.
