Four changes to starting XI for City

James Hamon starts in goal for his debut in Exeter City colours in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie at Coventry City, in the absence of regular stopper Christy Pym on international duty.

That means a place on the bench for Under-18 stopper Kavanagh Keadell, who has been given the squad number 32.

Jimmy Keohane, Aaron Dawson and Connor Riley-Lowe are the other three changes to the starting XI from the weekend’s win at Dagenham, replacing the departed Alex Nicholls, overseas Matt Grimes and injured Liam Sercombe.

It's a young bench for the Grecians, including first-year pros Matt Jay, Ollie Watkins and Jason Pope.

Coventry City: Burge; Phillips, Finch, Webster, Willis, Haynes; Coulibaly, Fleck, Thomas; McQuoid, C.Thomas.
Subs: Allsop, Miller, Clarke, Maddison, G.Thomas.

Exeter City: Hamon; Dawson, Ribeiro, Oakley, Moore-Taylor, Riley-Lowe; Davies, Butterfield; Keohane; Bennett, Nichols.
Subs: Keadall, Tillson, Pope, Jay, Watkins.
