Advice for those having trouble purchasing their Liverpool ticketsLIVERPOOL TICKETS ARE NOW ON-SALE ONLINE to Season Ticket Holders, Gold, Silver and Bronze Members.
Bronze Members will be able to purchase in-person and by phone from late-morning on Wednesday.
Season Ticket, Gold, and Silver Members who have not yet secured their tickets can also buy one per person.
Season Ticket holders have until midnight on 30th December 2015 to claim their ticket and any not taken up by this date will then be made available to Community Members.

The club has received and continues to receive a huge number of requests for ticket information and online login details. We are endeavouring to reply to these as quickly as we can. It would assist us greatly if, wherever possible, enquiries are emailed to email@example.com (and yes, there is no ‘uk’ on the end!). Additionally, please try to contact us just the once. Thank you.
The community sale for any tickets left will be in person only, at 10am on 2nd January 2016 before the Dagenham & Redbridge home game - further details will be provided in due course. There will be no internet sales for the community group and tickets will be limited to one per registered community member.
In-person sales: Qualifying priority members should photo identification, while Season Ticket holders should bring their Season Ticket wallet. Members can pick up tickets for friends and family provided they are within the Season Ticket or Gold and Silver groups, and bring authorisation to collect on their behalf.
Phone sales: Qualifying priority members must be able to verify their details and may only order on behalf of friends and family if they know their priority number and other details. If staff are in any doubt as to the validity of the call, they will be told to refuse the sale. No tickets will be posted to any address other than that of the priority member.

1) Season Ticket holders use the right-hand Login button on the Liverpool Event.
Non-season ticket holders in the the qualifying groups should click Buy Tickets to the left of the event.
We do appreciate this is very important to you and we are working very hard to ensure that tickets get out quickly in accordance with the rules of the priority system.
To enable us to handle queries effectively, we respectfully ask you to only send queries for Liverpool to firstname.lastname@example.org and not to reception, admin or any other Exeter City email addresses as this will only serve to increase the workload on the club's limited resources.
