Starting line-ups ahead of the Devon derby
DAVID WHEELER and Matt Oakley are back in the Exeter City starting line-up for this afternoon's Devon derby with Plymouth Argyle.Jordan Moore-Taylor hasn't recovered from illness in time, so Christian Ribeiro will partner Troy Brown at the centre of defence, with Jamie McAllister and Craig Woodman in the full-back positions.
Plymouth are unchanged from the side which beat York City at Home Park on Monday.
