Can you spare a few hours on match days?
The presence of our volunteer Matchday Ambassadors is a now a well-established initiative at Exeter City which provides a level of supporter experience and assistance that last season far exceeded expectations.The team received glowing feedback from both home and away supporters.Our existing team of Ambassadors provide vital excellent customer service to all supporters and visitors to SJP on matchdays. But we want to do so much more inside and outside of the stadium.
The Team are on hand to assist with any general queries that may arise such as directing supporters to the correct destination, entrance points and stadium facilities to ensure that SJP is a welcoming, friendly environment to all. The team provide a visible and friendly touch point for fans on their match day journey which will allow them to confidently highlight feedback and make recommendations for change.
You will work as a team under the leadership of the Club’s Supporter Liaison Officer and the Team Leader to make changes to the match day experience and may be involved in other areas such as assisting in parts of the events programme.
The ideal candidate will display a friendly and confident personality, will have good spoken communication skills along with keen attention to detail, and will make themselves visible and approachable on a match day.
