Description/Responsibilities

Based at the club's training ground facility at Clyst St Mary, Nr Exeter we are currently recruiting for a part-time site manager to cover the management and caretaking of this busy sports facility. The site manager will undertake reactive maintenance, service and repair works on a 'hands on' basis as set by the stadium manager.

Working Hours: 20pw

Main Duties:

To coordinate and undertake reactive maintenance, service and repair works to satisfy those requirements as set out by the Stadium Manager.
To undertake a cycle of maintenance and service works on a “hands on” basis to satisfy those requirements in respect to both scope, time and quality.
To ensure that building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment and fixed furniture are duly maintained and consistently presented.
To ensure all fire and safety equipment’s are regularly inspected and all safety processes are adhered to by staff and visitors (incl contractors).
