David needs your votes to win the accolade
Exeter City's David Wheeler has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two PFA fans' player of the month award for January.
David scored in all five games l in January, including a match-winner at Fratton Park. That took him level with club record, set by Henry Poulter in the 1933/34 season, for having scored in six consecutive games. It was a record David would break with two goals against Crewe Alexandra in the first match of February.
The popular fans' favourite is up for the award against Charlie Wyke, John Marquis, James Collins, Kurtis Guthrie and Rhys Bennett. However, he needs YOUR help to win. Fans get to choose which nominee picks up the accolade and can do so by voting online at the following link.
