Lympstone Open Gardens

Exeter City fans urged to support event backed by club's director of football Steve Perryman

3 July 2017

Exeter City's director of football Steve Perryman is urging people to visit Lympstone on Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16, to support the village's open gardens event.

The event, which takes place between 10.30am and 5pm on both days, is raising money for Hospiscare which is celebrating 30 years' of service in EX8.

There will be more than 10 gardens to look at on both days, plus allotments on Saturday. Steve Perryman's garden will be one of the ones featured and there will also be coffees, lunches, afternoon teas, ice creams and soft drinks available. The village is also holding a scarecrow competition.

A weekend ticket, which includes a map, cost £6 and children are free of charge.

For more information on the event, which is supported by Stags, email lindalyonclark@aol.com.
