Reuben Reid, Lloyd James, David Wheeler and Ryan Harley were busy serving customers on Monday evening as fans flocked to the club shop at St James Park to get their hands on the new stylish Flybe-inspired third shirt.
The kit, purple in colour with a white, yellow and red stripe, proved very popular with supporters at the official launch with nearly 100 being sold in the first 24 hours and lots of fans queueing in Red Square to be the first ones in line to buy.
Fans who turned up to the club shop also took the opportunity to get their pictures taken with the star players and get memorabilia signed.
