Can you help with the National Football Museum's project?

The National Football Museum are trying to identify the oldest living Football League player.

We need your help in identifying and locating the oldest living Grecian.

The Grecian Archive have checked their records and found John Newman, 83 years old who was born December 13, 1933.

John, a central defender, made 92 appearances for the Grecians between 1967 and 1972. He became player-manager in 1969, and managed City until 1976, before moving to Grimsby Town.

Do you know of a former City player older than John Newman? If so, please email: media@exetercityfc.co.uk
