How to buy

FLEXeter can also be purchased by calling the club on 01392 411 243, or by visiting the club’s reception in person.
How to redeem
Visit: tickets.ecfc.co.uk and place the number of appropriate tickets you wish to use your FLEXeter code for in the basket. The tickets must be for the stand your FLEXeter code was purchased for - it will say on the FLEXeter card.
Use the CONTINUE to go to the discounts page:
Ensure the Stand (1) is correct then use the drop down on each ticket (2) to chose the type of ticket your FLEXeter code was purchased for - again it state this on your FLEXeter voucher.
Enter your FLEXeter code in the box provided (3) and click the APPLY PROMOTIONS button to adjust any appropriate prices. Please note if you have more than one of the ticket types that your code applies to in your basket it will change all and will deduct the appropriate number for your voucher code.
When you are happy then use the CONTINUE button to the Account Login and subsquent order check and payment screen.
Terms and conditions
- Once code is received, supporters should add their usual ticket type to their cart (i.e. Adult/Senior/U18) and then apply the promotion code to receive the appropriate discount.
- Tickets can be collected for free or posted for £1.
- FLEXeter code redemption is available for EFL Sky Bet League Two home matches only (excluding vs Plymouth Argyle, 26 October).
- Codes cannot be used for any cup, under-23 or play-off fixtures.
- Code must be redeemed by end of 2019/20 season, redemptions cannot be carried over into season 2020/21 or beyond.
- Redeem online or in-person at the Club Shop only.
- Matchday redemption is not available.

FAQs
I have accidently ordered the wrong game - can I have a refund and my FLEXeter code reset.
This is only possible if the wrong tickets and your FLEXeter code are returned to the club at least 48 hours before the game and an email send to tickets@ecfc.co.uk quoting the circumstances, incorrect order, FLEXeter code and your full details.
Why can't I use my FLEXeter for Plymouth.
The local devon derby against Plymouth is subject to special regualtions and no offers can be used on this game.
My FLEXeter Promotion Code does not work.
The code will only work if the correct section and ticket type have been chosen and your 5 use limit has not been exceeded.
