🎟 New ticketing system launched

New improved and more modern ticketing system launched

22 April 2021

The club is delighted to announce that a brand-new ticketing website and booking system has now been launched.

Not having our supporters here at SJP has been hard. So, we have used this quiet period while matches are being played behind closed doors to review our ticketing system. As a result, we found it could no longer offer us the flexibility we need to be able to serve you, our supporters, better.

We made the bold step to move to a new ticketing system, one that offers a whole wealth of benefits which we have detailed for you below. While we were at it, we redesigned our webpage so things will look slightly different than what you are used to seeing.

We very much hope the improvements we have made enhance your online experience with us.

The new ticket website can be visited by clicking here.

All supporters that had accounts on the old system will be contacted by email today with details of what is needed to move to the new system.

If you have any problems or concerns please email: tickets@ecfc.co.uk

Other things you may need to know

Booking System change over

As well as upgrading the website, we have also changed our Box Office system - which is now powered by Spektrix. All the data we hold on your customer account has been transferred securely to our new booking system. If you'd like to know more, you can read our updated Privacy Policy by clicking here.

Can't see the new website?

If you click the link and our website still looks the same, please try clearing your browsing history (ctrl, shift + delete) and refresh the website. New websites can take up to 24 hours to update across all networks, but usually this process is much quicker, and you should be able to see the new site by 3pm today (22nd April) if not before.

Unique emails

Without a unique email you will not be able to access your online account.

If you decide you do not want to access your online account, you will still be able to book tickets over the phone or at reception (excluding match days).

Please be aware for any high-profile events the quickest way to secure your tickets is through your online account. With only a small ticketing team in place, and a high volume of calls and emails we cannot guarantee any availability of tickets.

Season ticket renewals

We made a commitment to all our Season Ticket Seat holders that we would honour all seat reservations that were in place for both the 19/20 and 20/21 seasons.

To uphold that promise, on ticket release day your reserved season ticket will be ready and waiting in the ‘Season Ticket’ tab of your account.

Details on season tickets for the 21/22 season will be coming very soon.

Why have you changed ticketing software?

To better serve our supporters. An example being able to offer eTickets, which can be scanned directly from a mobile device or printed at home. These tickets are all stored in your online account for quick access and is just an example of the new benefits available.

Why have I received an email when I opted out of marketing communications?

Firstly, this communication is part of a GDPR review which we are sending to everyone, to ensure their contact preferences are selected. Secondly, we need to update you with some important information on changes to the service we offer, that you have previous accessed.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from the club, please update your contact preferences in your online account.

If you wish for your account to be deleted, please complete this form.

Why haven't I received an update email?

It may be down to a few things.

  1. We may not hold an email address for you
  2. We may have an old email address on file
  3. You may have previously shared an email address with someone else in the system.

Why can’t I login?

It could be one of two things.

  1. You do have not supplied the Tickets team with a unique email address
  2. When you login to your account for the first time, you will be required to reset your password. Please select the 'Forgotten Password' option on the login page.

I share an email address.

For security purposes each account requires its own unique/individual email address. Please also see the next question below for the next steps.

I do not have an email address.

You can open a free email account with providers such as Gmail and Outlook.

Once you have opened an account, please provide the details via this form. We will then update your account and you will receive an email to reset your password.

I do not want an email address.

You will still be able to buy tickets via the club shop, tickets phone line or box-office (on match days). Please be aware with only a small ticketing team in place, and a high volume of calls, the quickest way to secure your tickets for any high-profile events is through your online account.

I need assistance

If you are experiencing difficulties, please email the Tickets office (tickets@ecfc.co.uk). This is the efficient way to resolve any issues. Alternatively, please call the ticket line on 01392 413952, between 10am - 3pm from Monday to Friday.

Why do supporters with disabilities need to complete an access requirement form?

While we appreciate our asking again for validation may be frustrating to those who have previously supplied it, the club want to ensure we are doing everything in our power to guarantee inclusivity for all supporters. You will only need to supply eligibility documentation once; doing so will provide ongoing access to personal assistant tickets (automatically discounted at checkout) as well as providing booking access to all areas of the stadium.

The club will be in direct contact with you once you have created your account.

Why can I not buy a Junior Grecian membership in my child's name

This is a service that the developers are finalising and will be launching soon. In the interim one of the Junior Grecian team will be in contact with you to ensure the membership is allocated correctly.

Why can’t I see my 20/21 Season Ticket?

Unfortunately, due to the different ways the old and new systems handle season tickets, we currently cannot display the information on your previous season ticket. Please rest assured, although the information is not displayed all 20/21 tickets are still valid.

Why can’t I see my Season ticket?

As soon as Season tickets are released for Early Bird, seated reservations will show in the Season Ticket tab of your online account. For Big Bank as there are no seats to reserve, these can be purchased in the normal way
