A trip to the football is a special family treat and at St James Park there is plenty on offer pre-match to keep the whole family entertained and to make sure your St James Park experience is extra special.
Whether you are making your first visit or returning to the Park after a long break please make yourself known to one of the Ambassador team on your approach to the stadium. They will be happy to update you on changes, where to go and what to expect. Helping you to make the most of your visit.

And of course you can stay late and catch the England-France quarterfinal in the Centre Spot, Trust and Heritage bars if you are in Hospitality.
Transport
Getting to SJP on a match day can be difficult in the build up to Christmas. For the first time in a while there are no extra train services from St Davids to St James Park (Exeter). Trains to the game will leave St Thomas and St David’s stations respectively at 42 and 17 minutes past the hour. City centre car parks will likely be busy and queueing. Please consider using Club sponsor Stagecoach services and Park & Ride where possible. Alternatively book early with another Club sponsor Apple taxis.
Fan Zone Activity
First time Visitors can pick up a Welcome sheet from the Ambassador team that defines all you need to know about your local Club. If it is your first visit please let us know by emailing customerservices@exetercityfc.co.uk and we will endeavour to make it memorable for you.
The player badge to collect from the Ambassador Team, Shop or in the JG Zone will be last Friday’s goal scorer Josh Key. The Ambassador Team are located at entrance points and immediately inside the stadium and will be happy to assist you with directions or answer questions.
The activity on Saturday will be 'Play Your Cards Right' to win a football. Games will be played at 1 and 2pm (subject to the weather)
Announcements will include away travel update, Women’s football and an Exeter and Wednesday supporter announcing their respective teams shortly after 2pm.
Information Point
The information Point is the ideal meeting place and will have programmes and team sheets available. The Information Point will be happy to help the Trust with meeting prospective new members especially or those who want to find out about all the work the Trust is engaged in.
Trust Queries & Membership Applications Ticket Booth
There is now a dedicated Trust window at the Ticket Booth in the fan Zone. A trustee will be on hand and will be pleased to meet prospective new members who want to be a part of the Club or those who want to find out about all the work the Trust does and benefits of becoming a member.
Stadium Tours
If you want to join the FREE 11am Tour advance booking is required Stadium Tours - Exeter City FC.
The tours start at 11.00am, meeting in the Fan Zone beside the entrance to the Centre Spot and provide a wonderful opportunity to go behind the scenes of your club on a match day when the ground is coming alive and visit the Museum. Tours last between an hour and 90 minutes.
Join the Guard of Honour
Want to be on the pitch as the players enter SJP? Then be part of the flag waving, Guard of Honour!
The Guard of Honour is already full for Saturday. If your child would like to be part of the flag waving team welcoming the players and officials onto the pitch at a future game please email customerservices@exetercityfc.co.uk. Children taking part not only get on the pitch but also receive a certificate of participation and a bag of sweets.
Junior Grecians Lounge
The Junior Grecians are the Official Junior Supporters Club of Exeter City FC.
The room provides a safe comfortable environment for families to enjoy pre-match entertainment, such as a large screen TVs, Playstation consoles and Table Football, as well as the option to enjoy refreshments from the Zone’s very own kiosk.

Locally Sourced Hot Snacks
Kenniford Farm will be providing their usual farm produced pre-match snacks (including chips) and will also be open at half-time for users of the Selco BM stand.
Inside the Stadium the kiosks have a range of food, confectionary and drinks available. If you are in the Selco BM stand please remember that the JG Zone is open for all at half-time and also has a kiosk> Giving you the opportunity to catch the half time results on their screen while you much your pasty or drink your coffee.

You can finally pay by contactless payment at the kiosks at St James Park, either tap your card or mobile device on the reader to pay!
Autism
To further the football club’s commitment to making matchdays inclusive to all, please remember Exeter City have some Autism packs available. Please ask at the Information Point.

Headsets are readily available for supporters to collect from reception ahead of kick-off. To book one in advance, please contact reception on 01392 411 243 or by emailing reception@ecfc.co.uk
