Academy wingback Mitch Beardmore has given his views as the side fell to defeat in the FA Youth Cup to Oxford United.
It finished 3-1 to the Yellows, but it was Beardmore who was on the scoresheet for Brad-Lee Miller's Grecians.
"It's really frustrating but there were plenty of positives to take," he said.
"We were excited to play and we knew Oxford well. But we played well, moved the ball well, had some chances we shoukd have finished, but it's disappointing.
"We went in at half time heads down as we were so dominant, but we went out heads up in the second half.
"We just had to be more clinical in the final third today."
