📝 Covid Plaque unveiled in Memorial Garden

Those we have lost during the pandemic will be remembered

21 January 2022

In the Spring of 2020, we began to understand the gravity of the Covid pandemic and how it was affecting our own community of City supporters.

It seemed fitting for our Community Club to create a permanent memorial for those lost from the Exeter City Family during the pandemic.
Supporters were invited to send us the details of those friends and family members they had lost, many of whom were known to us all at St James Park.
The plaque itself was created and donated by Signs Express and we thank them for their generosity.
The plaque is sited on the wall of the Memorial Garden alongside the names of Grecians lost from, the First World War to the present day.
As it says on the plaque, "May They All Rest In Peace. "
