The finishing touches are underway on the new building at the Cliff Hill Training Ground.
Work began on the site to replace the dilapidated building at the end of May last year and the new complex is now complete. The football management and players, along with the academy management and coaches have all moved into the new facility.
The only remaining work required to the building is the completion of the timber cladding to one side of the building and the fixing of the new signage.
The external works, which were delayed by the wet weather in March, are now progressing, with just the wearing course to the car park and footways and some minor elements of the drainage and landscaping to be completed.
All the outstanding works are expected to be finished by the last week of April with the formal contract completion programmed for April 26.
It is anticipated that we will be able to organise tours for sponsors and supporter groups in May after the last match of the season.
