We are recruiting for an Exeter City Women's Team Media Assistant on a casual basis to support with matchday coverage and build-up.
As part of the media team you will contribute to strengthening the Club’s connection with fans, sponsors and the wider footballing community through innovative media strategies showcasing our achievements and create lasting memories for our fans.
With a key focus on our matchday media delivery you will support the Club’s social media, website, and audio-visual output throughout the season by attending first team away fixtures and women’s home matches.
You will be required to travel long distances with the team as per away fixtures to deliver media coverage pre, during and post-event, conducting player and management interviews, communication with fan base through social media and web and ensuring engaging video content and keeping the website up to date.
As part of this role you will assist with external coordination including photographers, press box and media seating. Distribute team sheets and match notes.
Capture behind the scenes content including arrival shots, warm-ups, fan engagement and provide live updates across social platforms, match highlights. Post-match duties include coordinate player and coach interviews, help set up press conferences, uploading content quickly after full-time.

Contract Type: Casual Worker, Seasonal
Reports to: Media and Social Media Manager
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Create engaging content for supporters through social media channels.
- Provide match updates for home and away matches, following the established club style guide.
- Editing of match graphic templates and official club photographs if/when required.
- Editing of match day videos where appropriate.
- Conducting and filming interviews with first team players and staff.
- Writing of detailed match reports, closely following the established company style.
- Writing any other associated match day content as and when required.
- At all times, comply with the company process and policy.
