Club Shop and Ticket Office
- Tuesday, December 23: 9:30am-4:30pm
- Wednesday, December 24: 9:30am-1pm
- Thursday, December 25: CLOSED (Merry Christmas)
- Friday, December 26: CLOSED
- Saturday, December 27: CLOSED
- Sunday, December 28: CLOSED
- Monday, December 29: CLOSED
- Tuesday, December 30: 9:30am-4:30pm
- Wednesday, January 31: 9:30am-4:30pm
- Thursday, January 1: Matchday Opening Hours 12pm-6pm (Closed during play)
- Friday, January 2: Re-open normal hours of 9:30am-4:30pm
Princesshay Trailer
- 9:30am-5pm until Monday 23 December (Mon-Friday)
- 9am-5pm on Saturdays and 10am-4pm on Sundays
- Monday 23 December is the final day of the trailer
Postal Ticket Orders
Postal delivery for tickets will be off sale on December 18 for Cardiff City and Wimbledon away, and December 22 for Huddersfield Town away.
Any ticket or shop purchases over the festive period will be processed when we re-open on Friday, January 2 - you can also select e-tickets when purchasing which will automatically send a ticket to your smart phone. Please click here to visit the online ticket store.
