Exeter City FC is teaming up with GiggleFest Comedy, one of the South West’s fastest-rising comedy collectives, to launch a brand-new monthly comedy night 'The Comedy Kick-Off' live from St James Park Stadium.

The first show kicks off on Friday, November 7, bringing together a mix of established talent and viral stars for an unforgettable night of laughter right here in Exeter.

GiggleFest Comedy, founded in Exeter by local comedian Josh Devz, has built a reputation as the underdog success story of the city’s growing comedy scene. What started as small, independent gigs in pubs has grown into sold-out monthly shows across Exeter, known for their community spirit, warmth, and knack for spotting future stars.

Now, with Exeter City FC as their official comedy partner, GiggleFest is taking things to the next level — transforming the stadium into a destination for live entertainment beyond matchdays.

🎤 The November lineup features:

  • Isaac HP – Social media phenomenon with over 5 million followers and viral comedy hits on TikTok and YouTube.
  • David Hoare – Edinburgh Fringe sell-out and Musical Comedy Awards winner.
  • Lori Smith – The “Queen Bee” of the South West scene, bringing her signature wit and charm.
  • Dewi Thomas – Long-time GiggleFest favourite with sharp, relatable humour and Welsh charm.
