Ishbel Zuurmond has been named your Supporters' Trust Women's Player of the Month for April 2025!

The attacking midfielder probably wouldn’t have wanted the season to end, as Ishbel switched from provider to goalscorer in the final month of the campaign. 

Starring in and finishing a wonderful move against Plymouth Argyle in the Devon FA Challenge Cup, our number 15 was a constant thorn in the Pilgrims' side during a 6-0 rout. 

Then, back at St James Park, Ish netted her first league goal at home this season, getting City back level in front of the Big Bank with a poachers' finish.

In an incredibly close race, Ish picked up 43% of the votes, while Phoebe Baker scored 42%, ahead of Fearne Slocombe in third.
