The Academy are hosting a Talent ID Event titled a 'Defenders' position specific coaching session' on Wednesday, October 29.

This is a chance to take your game to the next level at our Defenders Specific Coaching Session, designed especially for U13 and U14 players.

The event takes place at the Cliff Hill Training Ground on Wednesday, October 29 from 6pm to 8pm.

Led by our professional academy coaches and supported by first-team players, this exclusive event focuses on the key skills every top defender needs - defending fundamentals, managing the backline, 1v1 defending and progressive play. Through high-intensity practice, small-sided games, and real-time feedback, players will gain valuable insight into what it takes to excel at academy and professional levels.

The session also doubles as a Talent Identification opportunity, with our academy staff observing players throughout the evening. Outstanding participants may be invited for further assessment and opportunities to trial with the Academy.
