Voting is now open for Exeter City Women's December Player of the Month award!

A quieter month for City Women, December began with a heavy loss for Abbie Britton's side against Cheltenham Town at Coach Road. A week later, and in the final match of 2025, it was apparent that the previous defeat had not sat heavy on the minds of the City team when they travelled to Gwalia United and completed a 6-1 demolition of the Welsh side. A shortlist of standout performers throughout this period consist of Ishbel Zuurmond, Amber Pollock, and summer signing Emily Poole.

This season's award is sponsored by the City Gate Pub and Hotel. Ishbel Zuurmond

Out wide, in midfield or in attack, Ishbel continues her excellent season with strong performances in December. Two goals at Gwalia United takes her goal contribution tally to thirteen for the season.

Amber Pollock

City's flying wing back was back to her very best in December, two assists against Gwalia United rounding off an impressive month.

Emily Poole

A consistent month for Emily, with strong performances leading to a consistent run in the Grecians team. A return to her former club saw a confident display as the Grecians hit six.
