The Grecians will make the journey to Hertfordshire on Sunday to face Watford at Vicarage Road in more WNL Southern Premier action.
City will look to continue the resurgence in form that has been endured over the previous weeks with wins over Real Bedford, Hashtag United and a draw against AFC Bournemouth. The Grecians now travel to Vicarage Road to face the Hornets on Sunday afternoon in an encounter that should provide a bumper crowd as we approach the business end of the season.
Sunday's opponents come into the game sitting pretty at the top of the table having picked up 47 points and amassing a goal difference of +51. While Sophie Gillies was able to contribute last week against Real Bedford and continue her pursuit of the golden boot, the Grecians will have to keep an eye on prolific goalscorer Madison Perry, with the striker netting 22 times in 24 appearances so far this season and sitting second in the goalscoring charts.
