Promoter
The prize draw (“Prize Draws”) are organised and administered by Exeter City Football Club, registered at St James Park, Stadium Way, Exeter, EX4 6PX (“Promoter”).

Chosen Matches

Where we refer to ‘chosen matches’ corresponds to the below EFL League One football matches at St James Park. Please note dates of matches are subject to potential change from the EFL.

• Saturday 8th November Exeter City vs Wigan Athletic
• Saturday 22nd November Exeter City vs Burton Albion
• Tuesday 9th December Exeter City vs Wimbledon AFC
• Saturday 10th January Exeter City vs Lincoln City
• Saturday 17th January Exeter City vs Stevenage
• Saturday 31st January Exeter City vs Rotherham United

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Training Ground Experience
  • Open to anyone who purchases a match ticket and attends any of our chosen matches over the specific promotional period.
• Media Day Experience
  • Open to those under 15 who represent the club as a mascot, having purchased a mascot package and attends any of our chosen matches over the specific promotional period.
• Hospitality
  • Open to anyone who purchases a hospitality package, in the Supporters Trust Suite, and attends any of our chosen matches over the specific promotional period.
• Shop Voucher
  • Open to those who spend, in a single transaction, over £75 on Club Shop merchandise, during the specified period. This excludes matchday programmes and is for online purchases only. 

4. Opening and Closing Dates

• The Prize Draw will open on November 1 2025 and close on 1 February 2026.
• Entries received outside of these times will not be valid.

5. The Prize

• The prize is as described in the corresponding itinerary and will resemble the description as accurately as physically possible. The £25 retail voucher will be to the value of £25 GBP.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered for the experience prizes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received after the closing date.
• The draw will take place on 1 February 2025. For the training ground experience, the promoter will draw at random, one winner after each corresponding match, and notify the winner in the following weeks and days.
• The winner(s) will be notified via email/phone/social media within 14 days of the draw. For the final match (Rotherham) the winner will be notified within 24 hours.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, image, and entry for reasonable publicity in connection with the Prize Draw, unless prohibited by law.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries.
• Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance of the prize.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw if circumstances outside its control make this unavoidable.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding.
• The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
