Striker given award after prolific month
A prolific goalscoring month for striker Tom Nichols has seen him voted as the Grecians' Cash Converters Player of the Month for November 2014.21-year-old striker Tom, who was also in the running for the Sky Bet League 2 Player of the Month, netted five goals in just four games. He converted a late penalty to salvage a home draw against Luton, won and netted a penalty in a draw at Newport, helped Exeter to a 3-2 turnaround with a brace at home to Shrewsbury (including a cool last-minute winner) and netted one of Exeter's three in a 3-2 win at Accrington.
The award was presented to Tom by Matt Davey, manager at Cash Converters Sidwell Street, before the Grecians took on Burton Albion at St James Park. Donna Greening voted for Tom and won a £50 Cash Converters voucher to spend at the Sidwell Street store.
