Reception and Ticketing to move into Club Shop
From 9am on Monday, January 9, Exeter City reception and ticketing will move into the club shop to create a ‘one-stop shop’ for visitors and fans at St James Park.The move is part of the club’s dedication and ambition to improving our customer service. It will allow for reception and the club shop to be open during the same hours, and for all queries to be dealt with in one central location.
The new reception, shop and ticketing office will have opening hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and will be open 11am-5pm on matchdays. Signage at St James Park will be replaced next week to reflect these changes.
Whilst we aim to make the transition as smooth as possible, we appreciate visitors and fans patience throughout next week.
