At 3-1 down over the two legs, Exeter City needed something special to get them back into their play-off semi-final against Torquay United at Plainmoor with 20 minutes left.
That goal came as Rob Edwards ran his way into the opposition box before pulling the ball back to Ryan Harley. Harley took one touch to set himself before curling a shot through a defender’s legs and into the far corner of the net from 20 yards.
A penalty from Ben Watson and late goals from Richard Logan and Wayne Carlisle would then complete a remarkable victory that sent City to Wembley.
