Matt Taylor has picked an excellent time for his side to hit form. Saturday's 3-1 victory over Cheltenham Town was not only City's third win in a row, but it also went down in Grecians' history when, in the 88th minute, Jonathan Forte bagged the 1,000th goal under supporters' trust ownership.

With just 10 minutes left on the clock, another well worked City move ended in Jayden Stockley's sixth goal of the season to give the Grecians the lead at a soggy St James Park.
Dean Moxey and Nicky Law combined down the left flank once again, before the latter picked out an unmarked Hiram Boateng on the edge of the six yard box with a defence splitting pass. Boateng then proceeded to hit the ball across the face of goal where it was met by Stockley who made no mistake from just two yards out.
