🎟 An update on unused match and season tickets

22 May 2020

Exeter City FC have been delighted by the response from genrous supporters who have donated their refund from Plymouth Argyle tickets to the club.

This is a fantastic gesture that helps the club during the current challenges and shows a fantastic part of our unique ownership model.

Following yesterday's press release from the EFL, the club is making plans around the unused proportion of season tickets.

Whilst nothing is certain, we very much expect that the remaining fixtures will not take place and even if they were to be played then they would be  behind closed doors.

The Supporters' Trust have been working with the club to facilitate an option for supporters to help the club, by donating any unused proportion of season tickets. Should this be a way in which you would like to support then please email: enquiries@weownexetercityfc.co.uk or tickets@ecfc.co.uk.

Season Tickets for the 20/21 campaign remain on sale at Super Saver Rates, representing the best value to watch the Grecians. We have extended the deadline to 5pm on 1 July, as we appreciate the current position presents different challenges to our supporters.

In the same way that we will address unused season tickets, we will look to provide a service for tickets that have been purchased for the five remaining league matches that were due for the end of the 2019/20 season. Once a final decision has been made then we will publish details of how a refund can be obtained or in a similar way to above be donated to support your club.

Whilst we will work hard to refund season tickets and home and away unused tickets for remaining fixtures once the EFL have finalised all details, we do have a skeleton staff in place with many staff furloughed under the government job retention scheme. Your patience during these times is very much appreciated and all communications should be via email in the first instance.

These are, of course, unprecedented times and all at the club are extremely grateful for the support you have all shown, in your own way. We will await further details from the EFL and how 2019/20 season will be completed or otherwise and look forward to welcoming you back to St James Park at the earliest opportunity.
