Exeter City's Premier League U23 Cup campaign comes to an end this afternoon when they travel to Keys Park, Hednesford, to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in the final group stage match.
Unable to progress in the competition, the Grecians travel with only pride to play for against a Wolves side who will be looking to win the group. Wolves must win to top the group ahead of West Ham United, who currently lead by two points.
With Swansea City and West Ham's competition complete, the Grecians know thet can finish as high as third in the group stage, while it's a battle between Wolves and the Hammers for that top spot, although both sides have already qualified.
Alfie Pond's Thoughts
"For myself and some of the other young lads, it's been great to come up against some great Premier League sides," he said.
"It shows us what we'll be up against in the future. I don't think we've felt any pressure, but we have gone into every game wanting to win. But we can go out there tomorrow and express ourselves.
"Wolves and West Ham are two top sides. The way they keep and move the ball is second to none, but tomorrow we have to show what we're about.
"Every game is a different opportunity."
