Sam Stubbs has said the work on the training ground has helped him found the net, as his first goals for Exeter City proved the difference against Stevenage.
Chatting after the game the defender said:
"We've worked hard on set-pieces. It's been an area we've been looking at a lot. I'm made up that it helped us win the game, but winning the game was the most important thing regardless of who scored.
"Wayne Carlisle told us our stats. We take pride in our work and hopefully it's going to be massive going into the next few games. It was a good day all around."
