Adidas to become new City shirt supplier

31 May 2023

Exeter City Football Club is delighted to announce a new partnership with Adidas who will become the club’s new kit supplier from the beginning of the 2023-24 season.

The three year deal will see the sportswear giant provide bespoke playing kits, along with training and replica kit for all teams within the club, the Academy and partner charity Exeter City Community Trust.

And we’re in good company, in the 2023-2024 season, Adidas will provide kit for Arsenal, Bayern München, Juventus, Manchester United and Real Madrid.

Alongside this arrangement, the club will partner with Devon-based Pro:Direct who will be the exclusive distributor of the new kit. The exciting deal means there will be three new shirts this year, which are due to be revealed at the beginning of July.

Adidas take over as kit supplier from Spanish firm, Joma, who had been the kit supplier for the last 10 years.

Justin Quick, Chief Operating Officer at Exeter City FC, said: "We’re really pleased to have signed this deal with Adidas, who are renown for quality and excellence. In addition, we’re delighted to welcome Pro:Direct on board as our supplier. It’s particularly pleasing to work with a Devon-based company.”

“We’d also like to thank Joma for their fantastic commitment and support to our club over the last decade.”

Adam Parker, Category Leader Clubhouse and Partnerships at Pro:Direct, said: "We are delighted to announce this partnership with Exeter City Football Club. At Pro:Direct we have a mission to serve sport through specialty, choice, quality of service and an expertise at every level. As always, all efforts are focused on bringing excellence to the player, the team and the surrounding community of Exeter City FC.
