EExeter City continue their EFL Trophy campaign on Tuesday night away to Cheltenham Town, with Dan Green previewing the upcoming match.
Off the back of a 0-0 draw with Tranmere Rovers, Dan said: "I think it's our job as coaches to to try and stay consistent, to try and find the right balance of support to the players, but also demanding improvements as well, showing them opportunities to improve and giving them the chance to practice that. And that's what we're really focusing on. I think it's really important to understand that we attack as a team and we defend as a team, and that actually both of those are incredibly linked. You know, we're trying to improve our out of possession work so that we can score more goals."
The club paid tribute to the late Kevin Miller before Saturday's match, with Dan reflecting on his own experiences alongside Kev; "His legacy is the fact that there were so many people that had so many good things to say about him, and it was a life that was too short, but actually it was full of love and passion for what he did. So, yeah he'll be incredibly missed and our thoughts go out to his family."
