Exeter City Football Club is inviting supporters to take part in an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Survey as part of our ongoing commitment to the EFL Code of Practice.

By completing this survey, you will help us build a clearer picture of the diversity within our supporters, players, and workforce. The information collected, such as age, gender, ethnicity, disability, and religion, will allow us to better understand our community and identify ways to improve access, opportunities, and services.
This data will support the ongoing development of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies and help ensure St James Park remains a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone who visits.
