Exeter City Football Club is proud to announce our first-ever official ticket resale process.
Through our official ticketing site, provided by KAIZEN Ticketing, Exeter City Season Ticket holders will be able to resell their ticket to another supporter, and recoup the majority of the value of their ticket. The value of which, can be used for future ticketing purchases. Ticket resale will be made available at the club’s discretion.
The first game that we will run ticket resale for is the Devon Derbby gainst Plymouth Argyle, which takes place on Thursday, October 23. Season Ticket holders who are unable to make this fixture are encouraged to either forward their ticket onto another supporter or list their season ticket for resale. Tickets can be resold up until 3 hours before kick-off.
Rulings of Ticket Resale:
This is currently only available to Season Ticket holders, though this may be changed over future fixtures.
Once a ticket has been listed and then purchased by another supporter, you are unable to take this ticket back. Tickets are only resold at face value. No ticket will be sold for higher than the value of the standard value of a ticket.
Any value that you get back from reselling your ticket will go back onto your ticketing account as ‘Balance’. You can use this balance for future ticketing purchases. You will not be able to receive refunds back as cash / money into your bank account.

Ticket Forwarding
A reminder to supporters that if you forward on a ticket to another supporter, that they will need to pay the difference on the ticket, based on a change in concession, or upgrade from a Season Ticket to Match Prices. This will be applicable for all league matches going forward.
This will mean that the Ticket Office will no longer be sending copies of tickets, and that forwarding can only be processed via the official forwarding method. Forwarding a ticket will be made available up until three hours before kick-off.
