After signing for the club in 2022, Bow Jackson has been an integral part of City Women on and off the pitch.

An experienced defender, Bow can play on the right hand side and in the middle of the defence, and brings a wealth of experience to the team, having appeared in the WSL and in North America.

She was named captain of the team in 2024 following the departure of Manfy Sharpe, and has been a constant in the team since.

Playing football alongside her day job in the fire service, Bow won the club's PFA Community Champion Award alongside Ilmari Niskanen in 2024 for her commitment to community work throughout the campaign, while she picked up the Manager's Player of the Season in 2025.
