One of the longest serving players in the squad, Phoebe signed for City the summer of 2020 from Bideford.

An all action central midfielder who's tenacity has driven City forwards throughout her time at the club, Phoebe was one of City's standout players during the club's 2024 title winning season as she scored four goals and provided a ten assists. 

A long range specialist, Phoebe won the club's goal of the season in 2026 thanks to a rocket against Chatham Town.
