Goalkeeper Frankie Phillips joined Exeter City ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Frankie spent the entire 2024/25 season on loan at Southern League side Exmouth Town where he quickly gained notoriety amongst the supporters, finishing the season with an incredible 21 clean sheets in all competitions and helping to secure a place in the play-offs. At the end of the campaign Frankie was awarded the Fans' Player of the Season award.
