Defender Jack Taylor joined City on loan ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Standing at 6'4", Jack came through the youth ranks at Eastbourne Borough and Chelsea before joining the Sutton United academy. The centre half signed his first professional contract with the U's in 2024 and went on to make 45 appearances for the National League side.

Jack signed for Stevenage in January 2026 for an undisclosed fee before making the move to the South-West in a deadline-day loan move at the end of the 2026/27 summer transfer window.
