Vincent Harper returned on loan to Exeter City, from fellow Sky Bet League Two side Walsall in August 2026.

The 25-year-old returns to St James Park having previously spent two seasons with City between 2023 and 2025, making 65 appearances and contributing three goals and three assists.

Vinnie departed the Grecians in the summer of 2025 to join Walsall on a two-year deal and enjoyed a strong first campaign with the Saddlers, making 38 appearances across all competitions.
