Midfielder Tom Dean signed his first professional contract with Exeter City ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Tom rose through the ranks of the City academy and made his first-team debut in the 2023/24 EFL Trophy campaign before signing a professional deal the following May. Brother of fellow Academy graduate Will Dean, he gained valuable senior football experience in a loan move to Plymouth Parkway for the majority of the 2024/25 season until he was recalled and made his City league debut shortly after.
The midfielder frequently featured for City in the first part of the 2025/26 season before linking up with his older brother in a loan move to Truro City in the second part of the campaign, while extending his contract with the Grecians until the end of the 2026/27 season.
