Defender Jack Fitzwater joined Exeter City ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Jack graduated from the West Bromwich Albion academy before gaining Football League experience with loan moves to Forest Green Rovers and Walsall. Jack left The Hawthorns in 2020 when he signed for Scottish Premiership side Livingston where he became a regular mainstay in the back line.

Jack made the long move to Devon ahead of the 2023/24 season and importantly shared his diagnosis of ulcerative colitis in the hope that he can help to support others with the condition as well as spread awareness.

After impressing in the following two campaigns in the heart of the City defence, Jack was named captain of the club ahead of the 2026/27 season.
