Help us shape the future of your match day experience!
Over the past few years, your Supporter Experience Roundtables have proved extremely valuable for supporters, Trust Members and the Club.
The most recent Roundtable took place on July 22 and, as always, generated constructive discussion and fresh ideas to help enhance the supporter experience. We are grateful to everyone who took part and contributed their views. Notes from the meeting can be seen here.
We are once again inviting supporters to help shape the experience your Club provides. At the last meeting attendees formed separate tables for the Nevada Construction Main Stand (x5 supporters), optimising IT Adam Stansfield stand (x4) and Thatchers Big Bank (x6). In an ideal world we would like to increase contributions and work towards having 10 representatives for each stand. Your event is open to regular supporters and those who attend less frequently.
Next Meeting Date
Join us for your next Roundtable on Wednesday, November 4.
- Arrival: 5:45pm
- Meeting: 6:15pm - 8:30pm
While we are extremely proud of the supporter experience you receive at SJP. We are always looking for ways to improve. Listening to you, our supporters, remains at the heart of that commitment.
Your Voice Matters
Feedback received through surveys, written submissions and previous Roundtables demonstrates the shared commitment of both the Club and the Supporters' Trust to meeting and exceeding your expectations.
Throughout the new season, we will continue to hold a series of Supporter Experience Roundtables to better understand your experiences, discuss ideas and identify opportunities for improvement. Previous meetings have provided valuable insights for both the Club and supporters alike.
Thank you for helping us develop and enhance the matchday experience at St James Park.
Who Will Be There?
