The Grecians head to Wales on Boxing Day, to take on Cardiff City in a 3pm kick-off - the first trip to face Cardiff since 2001.

Match Tickets

Tickets are priced as follows:

  • Adults: £27
  • Senior (60+): £21
  • Young Adult (16-21): £18
  • Under-16s: £13

The majority of spaces in the away end are Safe Standing. We do have some seating available, but would recommend that people who are unable to stand for 90 minutes take these spaces.

Postal delivery for tickets will be off sale on December 18 for the match and they can be purchased from the ticket office until

Opening in 2009 and with a capacity of more than 33,000, it is the largest stadium in League One for the 25/26 season. Safe standing is in operation in areas of the away end, with the spacious concourse providing plenty of options for food and drinks.

By Car

The postcode for the stadium is CF11 8AZ and the journey from Exeter will take around 2 hours and 10 minutes each way.

By Train

There are no trains on Boxing Day.

Car Parking

Cardiff have parking facilities within their Away Supporter Compound, a fully secured area accessible up to 30 minutes before kick-off. Car Parking costs £10 and there are defined areas for disabled supporters. Fellow supporters who travel via coach or minibus will also be parked within the compound, and as an added bonus you will be able to exit the area safely and quickly at the end of the match.

At the Stadium

Please note that the Cardiff City Stadium is cashless.

Entry for Away Supporters is via Gate 12. When you arrive at your Entry Gate: a. Have your physical ticket or mobile 'phone and digital ticket ready when approaching the turnstile b. Place your ticket or phone into or up against the reader within the turnstile c. Once you hear the tone, and the light turns green*, proceed through the turnstile and into the stadium d. Enjoy the event and your time with us at Cardiff City Stadium *In the event the light either turns red, or the reader does not react, please exit the turnstile, and see one of our Customer Support Stewards, who wear purple tabards, and they will help resolve the problem.

Food and Drink

Alcohol is available to purchase inside the stadium, with payments taken by card only. The burger van in the away end, however, does accept cash

Pubs for Away Fans

Away fans are advised to drink in the city centre, where pubs are neutral venues.

Pubs near Cardiff Central Train Station, The Prince of Wales and The Great Western, both branches of Wetherspoons, often prove popular among supporters.

There are several outlets within the stadium serving a wide range of food and drink.
