Exeter City Women will play six of their home matches at St James Park this season, with the remaining seven home games to be played at two alternative venues.
At least five games will be played at The County Ground, Coach Road, Newton Abbot, while at least two fixtures will take place at Silver Street, Willand Rovers’ home stadium.
A major objective of the club is to move our women’s team back permanently to the city, however, the only stadium in Exeter that currently meets the requirements for tier three football is St James Park.
While the club has doubled the number of matches being played at SJP this season to six, we are not in a position to host all home fixtures at the stadium.
We continue to explore alternative solutions that would allow us to host matches in Exeter, with several sites under consideration. Each require investment to meet the standards required by the FA, and we are working on a number of potential solutions to make this possible.
In the meantime, The County Ground and Silver Street both offer the good solutions for hosting our home fixtures away from St James Park.

Women’s team Chair, Julen Beer, said: "We know our supporters want to see us playing in Exeter, and many have enjoyed doing so already this pre-season. Although we will endeavour to play our home games in the city whenever possible, unfortunately regulations dictate we can't provide a regular Exeter home venue at this time.
"We are incredibly grateful to our friends at both the Devon FA and Willand Rovers for hosting us this season and enabling us to continue competing in Tier Three.
"I would also like to thank our loyal supporters for their continued support and patience whilst we find a suitable home in Exeter. I look forward to seeing you all across our home venues this season and at our Exeter home in the near future."
Thank you for your continued support!
