Exeter City head to FC United of Manchester for a pre-season friendly this Saturday, July 19 to celebrate the Northern Premier League side’s 20th anniversary of supporter ownership.
The match is a 2pm kick-off at FC United’s Broadhurst Park ground in Moston and will see City look to build on Saturday's fine pre-season opening 6-0 win over Weston-super-Mare.
This will be the first time City have played FC United since a friendly at St James Park back in 2012 where City ran out 3-1 winners on the day.
Speaking ahead of the fixture, Nick Hawker, Chair of Exeter City Supporters’ Trust said: "I’m really delighted to finally get this fixture sorted as we have been trying for a couple of years. But to do it in FC United's 20th year feels appropriate, given we celebrated our own milestone last season. We’re two really special clubs who share similar values so I hope our supporters really get behind this game and, most importantly, have a great day out!"

Kevin Nicholson's thoughts
Exeter City assistant manager Kevin Nicholson has given his thoughts ahead of Saturday's trip to face FC United of Manchester at Broadhurst Park.
"We don't know what to expect from them other than the fact that I'm sure they'll be highly competitive. It'll be a nice atmosphere. It'll be the first time I've been there, so I'm looking forward to seeing the setup.
"It's amazing that they're in their 20th year of fan ownership, so soon after us coming out of ours and brilliant that we can go there and support what they're doing and hopefully it'll be a good game with both teams getting what they need from it."
