Exeter City midfielder Taylor Perry believes that his teammates shouldn’t dwell on a defeat to Salford City after a hugely positive month for the club.

There was confusion as to whether the opening goal was that of Sonny Cox’s or Taylor Perry’s at first, however Taylor was delighted to have gone into the break ahead: “We had a good shape about us, and we had quite a few chances to go more than one nil up.”

After a strong month for his side, Taylor is looking forward to what the future holds: “I think we can definitely take confidence going into the next month now and really push on again. You know, it's always hard after defeat but I think there were a lot of positives today.”
