We are recruiting positive, dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills to join our matchday team working within our Ticketing Team.

Joining our matchday team you will support us in creating a collaborative environment, an environment where all staff feel valued and understand their contribution to the Club.  This is a fantastic opportunity to earn some extra money as these seasonal roles may fit around an existing job or be a great opportunity if you are studying in the city at the university or college or within the local area (our city centre location offers good transport links). This may also be a great opportunity if you have taken a career break and are looking to get back into work or looking for your first job, whatever your circumstances if you are willing to learn and can work effectively as part of a team one of our matchday roles may be the right role for you.

Role Summary

This role requires:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Sales and persuasive skills.

Ticketing Operations

  • Positively engage with customers making ticketing enquiries and purchases.
  • Identify customer needs and assist in finding the appropriate seat(s)/ticket(s) providing advice, recommendations and information on the match, stadium layout facilities etc in order to allow them to make an informed decision.
  • Process cash and card payments including refunds and exchanges where appropriate.
  • Ensure data is entered correctly into the ticketing system and stored in line with company policy and GDPR regulations.
  • Carry our data audits and cleanses of the ticketing system as required.
  • Participate in audits as required.
  • Potentially support the Ticketing Manager at pinch points throughout the season (e.g season ticket campaign) ensuring appropriate resource is in place and annual leave restrictions are in place during these periods.
  • Log and resolve customer complaints in the agreed format.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.
